Thanks for your interest in working with me!

Please fill out the form below and share a little about your ideas. I'll contact you to set up an appointment (or in person consultation, if necessary), and share a quote for the tattoo.

A deposit is required to book an appointment. This deposit is nonrefundable. Please give me at least 24 hours notice prior to rescheduling (so you do not lose your deposit). I try to be as accommodating as possible, but may request an additional deposit you have rescheduled more than once. 

 

Please also review the Seven Stars Shop Policies before submitting your form.

My rate is typically $150 an hour (which is standard in the industry), but I do not have a minimum.
